Assistant Development Representative, Eastern Florida State College, FL 2014 – 6/1/2015
Business Income Development: Secure contacts with both large and small businesses for potential sources of charitable giving plans. Solicit contacts using a range of benefits a donor may receive from college sponsored advertising. Maintain frequent contact with all donors. Assist with all areas of individual fundraising among alumni, friends and other constituent groups associated with the college.

Community Director, March of Dimes, FL 2013-2014
Volunteer Recruitment: Recruit, orient, train, and monitor performance of volunteers to organize events that meet or exceed the established fund raising goals. Develop a successful business plan using the organizations core business tactics to reach this goal.
Develop strong networks within the local community, cold call or develop and grow prospects for potential revenue streams, event sponsorships, and volunteer opportunities and to increase March of Dimes visibility and brand awareness.
Manage and provide leadership to volunteer committees on each event to ensure that committee members are fully supported and accomplish tasks required for successful events.
Income Development: Prepare and maintain accurate records/data to evaluate cost-effectiveness, profitability, and public awareness of events and/or mission/program activities. This may include preparing income/expense budgets, compilation/analysis of event statistics, evaluation of media coverage, researching and analyzing community fund raising potential versus actual revenues, etc.

Volunteer Recruitment: Promoting and marketing American Cancer Society programs and activities. Recruiting, training and motivating volunteers for Relay for Life fund raising events. Development: Increased sponsorships and community involvement through strategizing and organizing creative recruitment and program outreach for special events. Responsible for management of Boo at the Zoo.

Management: Directed art of dance in all aspects of our community through community outreach programs and performances in which opportunities were created in partnerships and were supported with other cultural organization. The Company performed throughout the community, year-round. Company members also serve as mentors to the younger students in Brevard Public Schools as well as the children in lower income communities. Performances and community involvement were included, but are not limited to, Art in Public Places in partnership with Brevard Cultural Alliance, Brevard Zoo, Celebration of Dance, Fiesta Brevard and Artist in Residence for Brevard Public School.

The Ben Strong 5K is an annual event inspired by and dedicated to Ben “Strong” to help local families battling cancer.
Duties: Social media and press plan, secured on on-site vendors for day of race, secured entertainment for day of event which included DJ, bands and demonstrations, managed the race management team, managed day of volunteers and planning volunteers, ordered race t-shirts and medals, worked with local businesses . Overall management of event and founder of event.
